Congratulations Luís Fidalgo for your excellent performance at the 2024 Open and for reaching the Quarterfinals. This is proof that CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of age and physical condition.

Everyone who participates in the CrossFit Games Open has a very clear goal: either they want to climb the leaderboard, beat their personal records or simply have fun with friends and participate in intense wods in an incredible and lively environment.

Open helps us identify the movements/exercises where we need to work more constructively, where the whole community is aligned, where strengths and aspirations are known, and where successes are measured and shared!
