SHIPPING INFORMATION

PORTUGAL AND SPAIN

Orders over €60 in mainland Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira) do not pay shipping costs.

Orders below this amount will be charged according to their weight and geographic destination. Shipping costs can be checked when finalizing and checking out your order.

All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. With some exceptions, when orders are placed before 10:00, they are shipped within the next 24 hours or on the same day (excluding personalized material).

Customized box/gym clothing has a longer delivery time, as it adds production time (8-10 business days)

Standard shipping orders to mainland Portugal usually arrive within 1-3 days after dispatch. For the islands, 8-10 days. For Spain, deliveries can arrive within 4-5 days.

If you have chosen express delivery, your order will be delivered the next day by 7pm, excluding holidays and weekends – for orders completed by 10am.

Please note that there may be occasional delays in orders during periods of high traffic, sales, or restocking. In this case, please consider a delivery time of between 3-5 days for Portugal and Spain, and between 10-15 days for outside the Iberian Peninsula.

EUROPE AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Regular mail

Orders to Europe via standard mail usually arrive within 8-10 business days. Orders outside of Europe usually take 15-20 business days.

UPS EU / Rest of World

Normally 3 business days for deliveries within Europe. For deliveries outside of Europe, up to 10 business days.

All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. With some exceptions, when orders are placed before 12:00, they are shipped within the next 24 hours, or on the same day.

Please note that there may be occasional delays in orders during periods of high traffic, sales, or stock replenishment.

Lost parcels

Orders placed on our website, whether using the CTT/MRW service or Express shipping via MRW, provide an order tracking number. This number is secure and easy to use. We will do everything in our power to help if your order is lost/misplaced during transport.

We do not accept responsibility for orders delivered where proof of delivery has been generated by the carrier.

Once the order is in the possession of the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft that may occur during transport.
