      Orders over 60€ in Portugal, have free shipping

      All the orders under 60€ will pay a shipping fee accordingly with its weight and destination – you can find the cost on your shopping basket before checking out.
      If you choose to be charged on delivery, an additional fee of 4€ will be charged by the service provider on the delivery moment, even when your order amount is over 60€.
       
      All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. We strive to ship every order under a 24h period, or even in the same day, when placed until 12:00, except on very busy periods (i.e. sales or Christmas) or restock days.
       
      Orders sent to Portugal using “CTT registado” normally takes 1-3 days to arrive, after been shipped. For Spain, it takes normally 4-5 days.
       
      If you choose express shipping using UPS, your order will be delivered until 7 p.m. of the next day, excluding weekends and holidays – if orders are placed and payment completed before 12:00.
       
      Please note that exceptions can occur in busy periods or restock days – in this case, please allow us 3-5 days for Portugal and Spain, 5-10 days for Europe and 10-15 days for international shipping.

      EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

      Standard mail
      Shipping using “CTT registado” normally takes 8-10 working days for Europe and 15-20 days for international shipping.

      UPS Express
      Shipping using UPS can take up to 3 days to Europe and up to 10 days for international shipping

      Undelivered/lost package

      All orders are sent through CTT or UPS and have a tracking reference. This reference is a safe and easier method to use. If any package is lost, we will do all we can to assist you.
      We can’t take any responsibility after a proof of delivery has been issued by the shipping company. Also, we can’t accept any responsibility on products already held by carriers, if stolen or lost during shipping/delivery.
