If you miss the correct size or not quite find the wow factor on your purchase - no problem! You can exchange or return the products, except for customizable products.
Please send your items back within 15 days after receiving the gear for an exchange or refund. All items received as unworn and in original conditions are eligible to be exchanged/refunded. Detailed return/exchange policy here.
Any items returned after the 15-day period will be accepted, but the refund is not an option – items can be exchanged or have a voucher (in form of a code) to be used on our online store. Please note that this code has an expiry date of 90 days after the original purchase date.
In all cases returned items are subject to inspection from our quality department before any exchange or refund.
Clearance, special offers, and items subject to reductions are deemed as final sale items. Only exchanges or credits on our online store are available, for items returned within 30 days.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer postage/shipping costs for any returned/exchanged items
