Measure the circumference of the leg, 10 cm below the center of the knee:

Tip: If you're between sizes and want more compression, choose the smaller size.
Care and washing instructions
For longer lasting knee pads, put them on (before putting on your shoes) inside out with the narrowest part facing up, up to the top of your calf. Then, hold the bottom part and turn them over (right side up) and reposition them on the joint.
Hang to dry after training - Do not machine wash - Wash at low temperatures - do not dry clean - do not iron or use abrasive detergents.
Standard Shipping to Mainland Portugal: up to 1-3 days after purchase. For the islands, 8-10 days. Express service, orders will be delivered the next day until 7pm, excluding holidays and weekends – for orders completed until 10am. Custom clothing (box/gym clothes), 10- 15 business days.
