How to measure:
- Width (chest): measure from armpit to armpit with the shirt lying flat.
- Length: Measures from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt.

- Machine wash on a delicate cycle up to 30°C
- Use mild detergent
- Do not use bleach or chlorine products.
- Air dry whenever possible.
- If using a washing machine, choose a low temperature (delicate program)
- Avoid prolonged drying to preserve the softness of the fabric.
- Iron inside out, at low temperature.
- Do not iron over the printed area.
