Width (chest): measure from armpit to armpit with the shirt lying flat.
Length: Measures from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt.

To keep your "Burpees Suck" t-shirt in great condition, follow these recommendations:

Wash inside out to protect the print.
Machine wash on a delicate cycle up to 30°C
Use mild detergent
Do not use bleach or chlorine products.
Air dry whenever possible.
If using a washing machine, choose a low temperature (delicate program)
Avoid prolonged drying to preserve the softness of the fabric.
Iron inside out, at low temperature.
Do not iron over the printed area.
