Whether you're a CrossFit veteran or just starting out, you've probably heard of this Hero Wod - MURPH. This workout was created by CrossFit in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.

Using a flexible tape measure, measure the distance between your armpits, at chest level.

Care and washing instructions:

Wash preferably in cold or at low temperatures, inside out and with similar colours - Tumble dry at low speed, or preferably hang to dry - Do not iron decorations - Do not use bleach or abrasive products.

1. Standard shipping to mainland Portugal: up to 8 days after purchase.
2. For the islands, 10-15 days.
